Further honing her skills, she pursued an MBA at the American Intercontinental University, London, specializing in Core Management. Her academic repertoire extends to certifications in Excel, Database Management, Presentation Techniques, and more, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning.

As the Iyaloja-General of Lagos, she commands the helm of market leadership, ushering in an era of innovation and security. Despite initial skepticism, her leadership acumen prevailed, earning the respect of all stakeholders.

Under her stewardship, the establishment of the market police (Olopa Oja) stands as a testament to her proactive approach to security, ensuring the safety of markets across Lagos State. Moreover, her initiatives include the provision of essential amenities and training facilities, enriching the lives of market traders.

Beyond her role in Lagos, Folashade's impact reverberates across Yorubaland, where she has been honored with prestigious chieftaincy titles, including Iya Oba of Aworiland and yeye Oba of Ogudu. Her philanthropic spirit knows no bounds, earning her recognition and admiration nationwide.
